Exciting opportunity to shape the future of primary care and hospital collaboration in the South West. Representatives are invited from all practices in the greater Bunbury area to attend monthly meetings to share feedback, present ideas/suggestions, and receive information on the work underway at Bunbury Hospital.
- Partner with the Bunbury Hospital Redevelopment team
- Feedback on communication channels and referral pathways
- Monthly meetings (1 hour) for an initial 6 months
- Stipend available
