DESCRIPTION:So…what is surf therapy?\nSurf therapy is an exciting area of therapeutic intervention that has a growing body of evidence for its effectiveness with mental health difficulties. It is also a great way to maintain good mental health. Flowstate’s 4 week Youth Wellness Surf Program for Young people 12-17. These programs are designed for Young People who want to learn to surf or improve their surfing\, while also leaning skills for their mental and emotional wellbeing in a fun and social environment. These programs are FREE as they are funded by the AMR Shire and delivered by two mental health therapists and a teacher. Participants will need transport to and from Redgate beach. \nWhen:  Saturday 28 January 2023 \nWhere: Redgate Beach\, Redgate WA \nTime:  9.00am to 11.30am \nIf you or someone you know is interested please email info@flowstate.org.au and they will send you a brief registration form. \n
