During the COVID-19 pandemic, it is more important than ever to promote wellness among your Aboriginal patients, particularly those with a chronic condition. WA Primary Health Alliance (WAPHA) has developed a new fact sheet and checklist to support GPs to provide a culturally secure and well-resourced intervention strategy to mitigate risks and improve outcomes for this high-risk group.
