Registration for the Rural Health West CPD: Rural Clinicians, Rural Practice and Voluntary Assisted Dying Symposium, being held at Parmelia Hilton Perth on Friday 11 June 2021, is now open!
The one day Rural Clinicians, Rural Practice and Voluntary Assisted Dying (VAD) Symposium will include lectures, interactive discussions and sessions delivered throughout the day, facilitated by experienced rural health professionals. The symposium is centred around creating a safe and open environment for rural clinicians to explore VAD in the context of rural practice, contextualising the legislation, process, practice, consequences and potential unintended consequences of VAD.
This Symposium is pending accreditation with RACGP and ACRRM.
Eligibility: Open to all currently practising psychologists, psychiatrists, palliative care workers and GPs or medical practitioners
Travel Support: Travel support is available to currently practising psychologists, psychiatrists, palliative care workers and GPs or medical practitioners, who work and live in rural and remote Western Australia.
