This workshop will focus on how practices can prepare for a potential outbreak by:
• Identifying and managing the technical requirements, policies and procedures to support the use of digital health tools
• Supporting staff with education and resources
• Preparing patients to engage with digital health tools
• Walking through some scenarios
• Understanding why, when, and how digital tools can support continuity of care
