Peel GP Health Forum

The WA Primary Health Alliance (WAPHA) and Rural Health West are delighted to be collaborating to deliver this education through the Peel GP Incentive Fund Initiative – Education and Training Support Project. The one-day forum is aimed to meet the learning and health needs of the individual GP and the Peel community they serve. The forum will include lectures, interactive discussion and sessions delivered by experienced specialists. Following the forum will be an opportunity to network with fellow colleagues.

Topics will include the following and more:

• Mental health including preventing burnout.
• Women’s health including pelvic organ prolapse.
• Palliative care including the role of General Practice in providing palliative care in the community.

Eligibility
Priority placements will be given to those practicing in the Peel Region. This forum is open to all currently practicing GP’s.

Accreditation
This forum is pending accreditation with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) and the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM) for continuing professional development hours for the 2023 – 2025 triennium.
