The forum will be an opportunity to hear about the first 6 months of the implementation of voluntary assisted dying in Western Australia, and will include presentations from: Voluntary Assisted Dying Board WA VAD Statewide Care Navigator Service WA VAD Statewide Pharmacy Service WA VAD Community of Practice A program will be provided shortly.
