    Being prepared for life’s challenges can ease the burden for your loved ones and avoid legal disputes after you have gone. In this one hour information seminar, South West Community Legal Centre (SWCLC) will provide strategies to help with succession planning. SWCLC will discuss common legal issues relating to end of life decision making, protecting your interests, legal capacity and supporting loved ones. Specific topics will include: Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney & Guardianship, Advance Health Directives and State Administrative Tribunal Orders.
