Busselton Blue Tree Mental Wellbeing fundraiser raffle

Raising awareness of mental wellbeing

Strong Roots: The Busselton Blue Tree Mental Wellbeing fundraiser is a project aiming to raise awareness of mental wellbeing and reduce the stigma around mental health. The fundraiser is aligned with the Busselton community’s work to erect a symbol of hope – a blue tree. The tree will be re-engineered, painted blue and located in a highly visible spot. This will serve as a powerful conversation starter and remind people to check in with themselves and their loved ones.

The fundraising raffle will contribute funds to 3 important not for profit organisations:

  • Blue Tree Project – and their community tree painting days plus work in schools to promote awareness of the importance of mental health.
  • Shining Hope WA – who support families where there has been a suicide plus their work to fund mental health first aid training.
  • The Man Walk Community – who are combating isolation by encouraging men to get together to walk, talk and support one another.

Tickets are priced at $5 each, 2 tickets for $10, 3 tickets for $15, 4 tickets for $20, 5 tickets for $25, 10 tickets for $50, 20 tickets for $100.
