RACGP WA Webinar: GP’s role in palliative care

This webinar explores the support and strategies available to help GPs navigate the multifaceted clinical and psychosocial elements that influence the palliative care patient and their family members.

Delivered in partnership with Cancer Council Australia Palliative and Supportive Care Education (PaSCE), this webinar covers the role of the GP in end of life care including symptom minimisation, management options and will provide an update on the support and resources available to GPs to assist the patient.

This webinar is presented by Dr Barry Fatovich, GP and Silver Chain Palliative Care Services, and Dr Alison Parr, Director Medical Services and Director Physician Education, St John of God Hospital; Associate Professor, University of Notre Dame.

This activity is accredited for 2 RACGP CPD Activity points for the 2020-22 triennium.
