The Aboriginal Health Conference 2022 will focus on healing from the past and strengthening the future. It will provide an opportunity to come together and learn from those who came before us, and reflect on how we can move through the challenges faced over the last two years in terms of the COVID-19 pandemic. By learning from the past, we can strengthen our future.
The Aboriginal Health Conference is open to:
- Aboriginal health workers
- Aboriginal health practitioners
- GPs, medical practitioners and medical officers
- Medical registrars
- Nurses and midwives
- Allied health workers
- Health and medical students
- Health organisations and stakeholders

Call for abstracts now open: The overall conference theme will be Aboriginal Health, with these streams, however authors are not limited to these stream topics:
- Mental Health
- Sexual health
- Cultural competency in health
- Chronic conditions
- Health across the life stages
Rural Health West encourages submissions from the Aboriginal health workforce, students, academics, researchers and educators.
Abstract submission deadline is Monday 08 August 2022.
