St Aidan Wines – Introduction to Cheesemaking

Come along and enjoy an evening of fun by the fire in St Aidan Wines Function Room as multi award winning cheesemaker Robert St Duke shares with us his passion for creating the finest cheese. Guests will learn how to make their own Haloumi and Ricotta and discover a variety of fantastic recipes to then take home and enjoy.
