In the contact workshop you will learn how to use a range of assessments that guide you in Level 1 treatment planning for individuals after mastectomy or lumpectomy. Level 1 treatments involves four (4) release methods for common adhesions in skin, muscle and tight fascial connections. These skills can be :

• added to a lymphoedema treatment session
• used in a stand alone (breast) cancer rehab service
• enhance post (breast) cancer lymphoedema therapy where scars and adhesions are blocking lymph flow and
• are easily adapted for use by therapists working with people with other deep cancers (eg head and neck, melanoma)
