The Heart Foundation is seeking health professionals in WA who are passionate about improving cardiovascular outcomes in primary and secondary care to join our Health Professional Ambassador Program in 2020. Now is your chance to join this exciting program!
Together we can support prevention, earlier detection and better management of cardiovascular disease. Committed to supporting health professionals improve patient care and outcomes across the nation, the Heart Foundation is offering this professional development program free of charge. Travel to attend workshops is at your own or organisational expense however you may be eligible to apply for a WAPHA Travel grant.
